Community Manager@Bryannpa I would like to offer another step that I want to see if this helps
Take a look at this link and try the console reset. There is an option to reset but keep all data that way you aren't missing out on your saved games.
If you are not comfortable with it, we understand but I want to see if doing this and wiping out the saves gives the game a good solid update.
