Deathloop, died while saving unable to stop

I experienced this bug on 1/27 about 10pm MST (I dont have a game ver for you so date/time suffices I hope). 
Difficulty: Hard
Console: PS5 w/ disc

Tech Proficiency: High

I'm making my way through the Hydroponics lab, I kill weezer #5. There's a small room in the back of the lab, floor 1, with a save station. A lurker spawns and starts shooting at me. It kills me, seemingly just as an autosave goes off. The game reloads, I die immediately. The game reloads again, I'm spamming the options button. I'm not able to get at a options menu, I die immediately. Now I'm stuck in this loop. I completely close the game via the PS5 Switcher, reload it. As the Electronic Arts logo flashes on the screen, I hear the "flatline sound", kicks to Isaac immediately dying, load screen. I close again via the Switcher, reload the game, and spam the options button. I am stuck forever in this deathloop.

The only way I can find to play my game is to delete my save files. This is catastrophic on PS5 because I can't select the individual saves to delete. The only option I have is to delete all Dead Space data. I'm going to have to delete everything to even be able to play the game. Starting over from scratch because the games fantastic but my goodness this problem is *bad*.
