Did not obtain N7 suit with Dead Space 3.

Hello EA,

I noticed upon purchasing Dead Space 3 that I did not receive the N7 suit from Mass Effect 3, even though I have played it and own it. I am wondering if the reason for not obtaining the suit is because I own Mass Effect 3 on my Xbox 360 while I own Dead Space 3 on the PC. I know for a fact my Origin account is the same for Mass Effect 3 on the Xbox 360 as it is for PC. Any clarification and a resolution to this issue would be appreciated. Thanks.

    To whom it may concern,

    I have lost all my gamer stats and the completion data on Dead Space 3. I tied to work with Microsoft to regain all my completed gamer info; however, it did not help so I am force to play the hold game over again.  The problem I am having is the online access is not giving me all the suits and weapons that it did when I first purchased the game.  I have the codes and re-entered them, but it’s not there.  I purchased the extend side mission as well, but I would like to complete the first game again, before going into the second part.  If someone could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

    I am not sure if this information would be needed, but my Gamer Tag is Falgore and I have purchased almost every game that EA has created. My email is in your data base now and I am hope that I will be able to get some help.  If needed, I can provide the information of purchase and codes that I have used.

    If any help can be given, it will be greatly appreciated.

    It's not about owning the games, you have to have a ME3 save file on the platform you're playing DS3 on.

    My tip is to simply download a ME3 save file from the Internet and put it in the default folder ( [drive letter]:\Users\[your user-folder]\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\Save ). Start up DS3 after doing that and you should have your N7 suit.

  • Apologies for the necro but I am VERY sure other people have this problem and WILL find themselves sooner or later on this thread.
