[EA app] Cannot spend Ration Seals

Hi. I know this was a reply 3 years ago but I really like this game. Could you tell me how to get the APP now in 2024? The link just gets me to the normal Origin download. And the ration seals cannot be spent now. I use the latest Steam version.
