EA, DO YOUR JOB!!

We've got several people here with a glitch in chapter 10 that has completely ruined the progress of this game for me!  I did not spend 70$ to get screwed 3/4 ways through the game and then have to deal with how unprofessional and NOT helpful you guys are... you guys haven't even said a damn word to guide/reassure us.

Either do SOMETHING to offer us help, or give us our money back!  Pretty simple.
