Game unplayable, pov constantly aiming up.

I downloaded the game on the EA App and literally cant get Isaac to stop looking at the ceiling. No controller plugged in, no inputs except my mouse and keyboard. Completely unplayable. Have already tried uninstall/reinstall and the fix of deleting the Profile options files, there is a post that suggests the cloud sync is responsible but there is no option to disable it, please advise.
