Game will not launch on PC

I've got the same issues. Bought the game 2 days ago and still can't launch it.

Game is launching, then crashes and go back to EA app.

Got EA app (no Origin anymore), windows 11, I5 13600k, RTX 3070 and installed on an SSD and 32 Go ram.

So recommanded specs are there.

Deactivated antivirus, vpn and all other stuffs but sill not working.

really annoyed, bought this downloaded, it started twice but switched my whole PC off each time.

now it won’t start at all just get an EA APP error saying it’s at their side, see attached.

i have an RTX4090, RYZEN 9 7950X, 32GB ram and Alienware QLED 4K monitor so settings wise waaaaay big enough 

anyone got anything on this? Tried contacting EA but just get directed here

Having the exact same issue. 

I finally got mine to launch after disconnecting my other 2 monitors. 

Right-click your desktop and go to Display Settings, then select your main monitor and change the Display Resolution to 1920x1080. Hope it works for you

Could launch the game by "simply" downgrade my resolution to 1080p instead of 1444p....

(I still find this a shame being in 2023 and still having those kind of bugs for a new game).

So I uninstalled everything Game and EA APP reinstalled everything, changed the settings as mentioned above, it began to start and within seconds totally powered down the PC.

really frustrating

Changing the display size doesn't fix it for me either. It just sits there with the loading circle in the corner blinking as it tries to launch the entry screen :/

Waste of 65$ dare I say
