Hardcore coop mission in chapter 14 wont allow us to go through doors after Carver has his little episodes.

I figured out the solution to this problem. You need to play the co-op mission by playing through the whole chapter. Not just selecting the co-op mission from the main menu. If you start the chapter from the beginning and play through until Carver has his meltdown, the door problem goes away(with the excepion of the first door. THe first door will be stuck for about 90 seconds.
