Here is a video on my findings after a week of testing and an hour of recording on the many many issues with this remake.
All I can say is that it really seems like the game has been told to run as close to 50% CPU usage as possible and for some reason the game heats up any CPU to nearly 100 degrees C!
PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!!
I am on an i9-9900k and an RTX 2080 and none of the graphics settings improve the performance AT ALL!
