I bought a game and its not showing up on my games list.

I had the same problems with Dead Space 3 not showing on My Games.

I was trying to get an answer through Chat but got the same answer payment not gone through (but it had)

So I called an advisor on the phone  0870 243 2435 for the UK, There is a toll free number for the US.

I was on hold for about 50 min's until I got through he asked me a few security questions and the order number

got it sorted in less than 10 min's.

He told me it was a problem with the developers Server that generated the keys for Dead Space 3.
