Is Cross Platform Purchase Possible (Xbox & PC)?

I bought the game on my Xbox Series X to play it there. If I want to play on my PC, do I need to buy again?  Everything I've searched leads me to think that I need to.

    Hi @ItalianCHICAGO To confirm you do not get cross-platform access. If you purchased a copy of dead space on Xbox you will need to purchase a sperate copy for PC if you wish to play there as well.
