Launch SOS Beacon Softlock

Whenever I come back to mining/engineering after gathering the available rigs for max security, I can’t access the mining side of it, meaning for the time being I am softlocked out of the area. Any ideas as to how I can fix this or do I just have to wait for a patch?

    I found a solution after 2 days of despair.
    Mining is displayed as locked on the tram station so you can’t reach it from the engineering station.

    Go to the hangar-Cargo-Tram Control station.  From there you use the door on the left (tram station hall) and it shows you the way the the mission again (by walking and not taking the tram).

     

    It works with the main objectives (Plant the SOS Beacon or Destroy In/Exterior tether) and also the side objective Investigate Ore Storage.

    I have the exact same issue. I was even allowed to launch the meteor without destroying the tethers, and I got another objective to head back to the bridge, but nothing happens afterwards lol. I'm totally stuck from progressing in the game. I hope EA releases a patch for this game really soon to fix these terrible bugs

    I have EXACTLY the same problem, i did the same as you....
    dunno know what can i do.
