Marker fragment missing from chapter 10.

I have been following a comprehensive guide on the locations of each marker. SO far i have 10/12 collected (just picked up the one located in deluxe crew bunks. And when i go to pick up Marker fragment 11/12 There is nothing on the desk its supposed to be on. Ive reloaded the game multiple times with no luck. Ive also been told its behind wine bottles (there is no wine bottles to be seen) images attached.

Please help as this fully prevents me from finishing the alternate ending.
