Which platform are you currently playing the game on?
It is all languages and over all platforms. I played in german but ive seen the same for italian, Spanish and polish dub.
Im playing on xbox but ive seen complaints about the same topic in the steam forums for pc version and here is a post about the same bug on ps5. Its under point 2

This is not a specific problem. This is something everyone has playing the game in a dubbed language. Its sadly the state of the game right now. This should be max priority for the next patch if that is even a thing.

@toter_luke If this is an issue with the game as a whole and not something that can be fixed on an individual basis, then we have to bug report this and send it to have reviewed by the games team. Unless basic troubleshooting each players game resolves it, there isn't much we have the ability to do. If it is as what you say above that its all games and all platforms and all players, then we would have to report it up.
Im aware of that. Sadly there is no real bug report i could have send this so i had to post it here. So yes pls report this to the devs team.
