Missing intro scene when playing in English language

Hello,

I have recently purchased the "Dead Space 2" Origin version from a game keys retailer. It is the multilingual version containing the following languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian.

Now, the default language is German as I registered my Origin account from Germany. But as I wanted to play it in English I added the following line to the game's "settings.txt" file: "Locale = en".

The game is now completely in English, but strangely, when starting a new game, a scene from the intro is completely missing.

You know, the one where Isaac dreams about his girlfriend and she's saying to him: "Isaac are you there? Come in Isaac."

It will display the subtitles from that dialoge, but no sound or picture is played.

I wonder why that is. When I switch back to German language the issue disappears.
