Dead space 2 activation code limit reached

I know there's a forum post already set-up for this but I haven't gotten any help from submitting tickets. I purchased it in 2018 and would like to play the game I paid for.

If there's a specific ticket for just dead space 2 or a specific channel I haven't been down id like to know about it.  Any help would be awesome. Thank you.
