My N7 suit is not in my kiosk even though I have a mass effect 3 file

Hi I don't know I'm the only one experiencing this but when I go to my suit kiosk in dead space three my N7 armor that it said I unlocked is not in there and I have more than enough mass effect three ...

I have game saves for ME3 on my xbox live account, which is linked to my Origin account. I am sure of this since Mass Effect is listed under game specific identities on my Origin account. However, whenever I load DS3 and try to equip the N7 suit it is not listed. I have tried relinking my xbox account and reloading DS3 to no avail. Does anyone have a fix for this so I can use the N7 armor? Thanks!
