My N7 suit is not in my kiosk even though I have a mass effect 3 file

Hi I don't know I'm the only one experiencing this but when I go to my suit kiosk in dead space three my N7 armor that it said I unlocked is not in there and I have more than enough mass effect three ...

hola tengo dead space 3 y mass effect 3 y dead space 2 y no se como desbloqueo la pistola y el traje que te dan de bonus por esos 2 juegos(mass effect 3 y dead space 2 )/Hi I have dead space 3 and mass effect 3 and dead space 2 and I do not know how unlocking the gun and the suit you get bonus for those 2 games (mass effect 3 and dead space 2)
