i dont know if its a setting or something but i do not have a mouse cursor while in the menus... i play on mouse and keybosrd and im having to navigate the menus using my arrow keys any one else having this issue??

  • So I'm not quite sure how it happened but it's there now lol...also have no idea what caused it in the first place but it seems to be back and working now so unfortunately I can't try any of those options you sent but I can say I have it installed on an internal SSD

I play through the origin launcher and I see it pop up when I start dead space as an overlay is that what you're referring to? If so I can turn that off

Hi @Legend1nTheM1st Apologies for the delayed response,

can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

    • Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)
    • Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    • Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
    • Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
    • Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version then test
    • Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

    Thanks!
