After reading through some forum posts I notice that this is a common and very disappointing "BUG" . For some reason your Micro transaction part of the game that was apparently supposed to be able to use in game currency as well as real money is broken, and we can not but the gear. Surprisingly this BUG shows up after you place your product on a humble bundle sale. Now I can understand wanting to make some extra money with your DLC due to the fact that the game was sold for almost pennies but this is unacceptable way to go about doing so. I am beginning to understand why all my Friends and Clan mates Say that EA games are garbage and don't waste your time. This Humble bundle was something that EA signed up for and as a corporation you are getting your nice tax right off as a charitable donation so why are the individuals who could be saying amazing things about your product and how you help out these orientations being kicked in the teeth. This is the very reason why you did not sell as many copies of deadspace 3 as you wanted, not people stealing it on torrents it is the fact that no one has any faith in this companies ability to release anything that is not a scam or completely broken.
Edit: So I thought this was a Ticket to Someone in EA apparently they don't have a team to read this so it is just posted to a forum Cough cough Customer Support ? Im Not waiting on a phone for 2 hours to be told there is nothing you can do that's why I was hoping this was a trouble ticket . ... F*** ME really EA REALLY ?
I don't think it was removed right after the humble sale mate, if you look at the oldest thread regarding this its been going on since February apparently..☹️
I don't get this at all. I can't even figure out where to submit my complaint.
If it's been a problem since Feb, and the posts I've read suggested there would be a fix shortly... And it's now August...
This is never going to get fixed.
Given, I only paid $5 via the Humble Bundle, so I'm not really angry - except there's no other way to get the 'Mk V parts'(as I've seen them described). So I'd rate myself as 'kinda 'miffed.
It just seems like a dumb problem... They can sell the DLC but they can't sell resource packs? I'm in Australia... Is it just a problem for anyone outside of America?

Alright I am posting for the sake of an additional post in the hopes that we might get an eventual fix! Strength in numbers right? I have logged 35 hours into the game with a co-op partner from the beginning. Guess what the kicker is? He can spend the ration seals and I cannot. He is from the USA and I am Canadian but I doubt it is a regional issue.
EA has a habit of releasing games with glitches, bugs and just general problems with no intent of ever fixing them. It is mind blowing! So I am sitting here with low tier gear while he runs around with mkIV super soldier gear.
I am competitive EA! Help me out!

I'm in a similar position, played the entirety of the game with a co-op partner who could spend seals. Hope it works for you 🙂
