PC: Rooms not loading
After getting to chapter 10 and opening the tram location I went on back so to try and craft the master override. Upon entering deck I found the room did not load, just creating an empty...void. Attempting to see if reloading could fix the issue I went back on the tram (playing on impossible so not auto saves) to try and go to a different area to save and reload the file from there. Upon the trams arrival to the new area...nothing outside of the tram would load. I would try looking away, giving it time to figure out...whatever was going on. In the end I had to close out the game, reverting back to my last save.
Note: Game is running on a Samsung 870 8TB SSD.
Hi @Royce_Valdez can we try the following steps and check if this continues?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version then test
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
