I don't know what to do. Everytime I am at the point to replace the power cell to restart manually the engine, the door is closed. In every walkthrough I have watched on YouTube, the door is open. What am I missing? Thanks for your help! (I play on PS5)

I don't know about him but I'm stuck at the same part door won't open I've already played through once but this my impossible run so I don't want to restart but I already reset the fuel and centerfuge but the door to the engine room connected to the control room won't open
Hello, im having same issue., playing Xbox SerieX. Power cell slot is closed, entirely blocking the game. It lights is white, and should be red according to walktought videos ive been watching. Tried to reload save games etc... Since there is no technical solution available, how to get money back please ?
Community Manager@B1ffT4nn3n Hey, so this issue is something that is very common with the power cells. There have been some workarounds floating around that have worked but ultimately, past a save reload or chapter reload, there isn't a solid resolution for it.
For refunds, you have to speak with the retailer it was purchased from. The only time the publisher can refund it is if it was purchased through their launcher. As you are on Xbox, that would be either Microsoft or the retailer you purchased the game from.
