Thanks for the link to the tool, I have run that tool several times prior to actually requesting support, but every time I run it and it completes, it provides me with a completely blank web page in all of the browsers that I have tried; IE7, Firefox, Chrome.
It doesn't display anything that I could use. The URL string the software spits out, complains about not being able to connect to a resource on a server over a SSL connection.
This is the result that I get in my address bar:
