Rotator Cuff module disappears

During chapter 4, aboard the side-mission quest (Can't recall the name) I accidentally changed the frame on my Planet Cracker plasma cutter. Afterwards, the rotator cuff module disappeared, and it's nowhere to be found in my inventory.

I tried to simply remove the rotator cuff off of my starter plasma cutter to put it on my Planet Cracker, and that one disappeared as well.

Is anyone else having this issue/know of a way to fix this?

    Also experienced the same issue.

    Received module upgrade and decided to replace Planet-Cracker rotator cuff (upgrade/mods at work-bench); once original was removed unable to find ANY rotator cuff &/or module related to same.

    I'm having the same problem, I tried to modify it, now it won't let me have both parts! this can't be intentional, since the game gave me the planet cracker with a rotator cuff...
