Save State Inaccuracy

Save state inconsistency, picked up the prototype stasis module whilst trying to get the wishbone achievement and then realized that would be a detriment to my endeavor. Reloaded a previous save before I had picked it up but then realized I still had the prototype module. Even though the side quest had regressed to its proper state.
