[Steam] Dead Space 2 CD Code Not Working

Question

I bought Dead Space 2 from Steam a month or so ago and wanted to play multiplayer, but can't connect to the EA servers. From what I saw online, people suggested redeeming the CD key on the EA account, which I could not do and got the error "an error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later". Other suggested to contact the EA support about invalid codes, but I cannot do it either since the support page does not actually give me any way of contacting EA, it's just blank. What can I do?

@Uvarovite_G&nbsp;When you try to contact live support through the Help site, what are you running into? When you go through the normal steps of setting up a case, can you take a screenshot of where you get stuck at for me?

@Uvarovite_G i have this problem too, i have EA play in Steam but my EA app don´t reconize my DS2 so i can´t play multiplayer too
