Was going back through on co-op with my friend, getting artifacts that we missed. We got to chapter 19 and got all our artifacts, we died trying to cross the first flight part(when your launched into the air via the glowy thing) and so he saved and quit (he was the host). And then I selected save and quit (I was the one that died.) It spawned me back at the glowy thing and then saved me off to the main menu. Later I found that I my save game had 15:47 for time, but 0 progress and when I loaded in I only had a basic submachine gun and cutter. 0 items, 0 suit mods, empty bank other than the pre-order bonus stuff that popped up upon loading as if it was a new game. But my total time saved, and all of the suits I unlocked are still unlocked.... I have lost all of my campaign progress, all of my items, and all of the epic? (whatever was 60 rations) that I had gained, which was 4. Plus I am locked out of new game+ content now.

I also had this problem on PC. Very fustrating.
