There's appear to be some kind of graphic/texture bug going on back of Isaac's head with the engineering suit. It only show up for about 2 sec, and it's there everytime when the engineering helmet both come on and off. To see that bug more clearly and up close, start at chapter 10 and go to the room where the group with the model of base are at, and you can see what I'm talking about. This is on PS3.
And there's also another bug with the helmet of engineering suit with the new patch version. I'm not sure if Isaac's hairs are supposed to be sticking out through the back of engineering helmet. His hairs also sticking out more if you're looking down. It wasn't there before until the new patch version came out. This is also on PS3 too.
Dead enemies flying all over the place erratically and then disappear. No way to loot them for ammo/health. Occasionally happened to me in DS2, but this time EVERY enemy is like this.
Are you playing with Vsync disable? It seems that if you disable Vsync the game logic starts to run uncapped. Vsync has to control only the rendering not the logic.
I could minimize the effect capping the framerate with a external tool (MSI Afterburner).
I hope Visceral fixes in the first patch.
