Dead Space 2 Wont Lauch

Question

First off, The fact that i have to go to a forum for support and not have the ability to contact EA directly without running into a piece of !@#$ AI software that literally does nothing but ask for information and direct you to the forum is unacceptable. Now that that's out of the way i need help on trying to launch dead space 2&nbsp; on the EA APP on PC. I've tried every method the other forums explained and nothing seems to work. I just finished the first one and it was amazing. Please Help

Heck I got an urge to play recently and despite having the game in my library I can't install it because I get the pop up that I don't own the game...which I bought over decade ago...collectors edition, with steel postcards, small toy plasma-cutter and whatnots. And ofc I can't even choose it in the support because it doesn't shows up for me! Ironically, Dead Space 3 also doesn't shows but this one I can install normally.

I may dig out the physical game and maybe try to use the disc to install it but my driver is dying(I mean it's close to 18 years old at this point) and I doubt it will be able to install it, it's unable to even detect clean dvd discs....
