My issue is that I CANT DEFEAT THE SNOW BEAT on the final stage.  I had been playing the game on hard smoothly, then I get to the snow beast, and the hooks nor guns would take it down.  When I use the hooks, button smashing F too much would result in failure, too slowly was failure, inbetween made the camera get close but not to the death scene, and I tried FOR AN HOUR before calling tech support.  Then I learned I could kill it through guns, I spent 700 rounds and changed the game mode to esay, NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN.  It would start stomping towards me whenever I got rid of the three tentacles that would sppear, but it would just repeat the cycle. 

Also, two times with the hook, it would get trapped then phase through the hooks.  Then while the hooks shook as if they were attached to something, the snow beast would attack me.

FOR THE LAST THREE HOURS, on Feb 15th.

Nothing, the game was playing normally.  only difference was slight lag

• What did you expect to happen?

The snow beast to die.
