I was playing co-op with a friend on one of the later chapters, the one where you repel down after the Unitologist leader. On our way down I picked up the S.C.A.F. Heavy frame and then another weapon part, can't recall its name, but my friend and I somehow were disconnected. Due to this I got credit by the game for finding the two weapon parts but the disconnect didn't save them in my inventory. So I "have" the parts but I don't actually have them in my inventory. I can't craft the frame either. I don't know how or even if there is a remedy for this. Just thought I should report it.
