When did the Bug occur?

What did you do before you experienced the Bug (please be as detailed as possible)?

Right after the landing crash on Tau Volantis, Isaac wakes up and finds himself through an ice storm. Right? OK. THE BUG IS: I can't walk or move (sometimes) but I ALWAYS CAN'T go through the land, because there is absolutely NO TEXTURES but those of the crash site. In fact, it seems like all the rest of the level has been... deleted??? Oh, and most textures in the site are black...
What did you expect to happen?
Obviously, I expected to be able to walk (as always before) and to go through the land. I expected the rest of the ambient textures to show up. Please help me!!! Thanks..
