I am constantly having an issue with items simply falling through the floor when you open up a locker or stamp on a box. The enemies are also appearing glitched with just random body parts floating in front of you! I have tried many suggestions such as removing v sync and changing frame rate but nothing seems to work.

It’s on pc and on SSD. Game played perfectly until about the half way point and now it’s just unplayable

We can try the following steps and check if this continues. To confirm do you use any mods, or have anything else running on the device?
I have no mods running, its just the game running from EA App. I have tried clearing cache and running the repair but they have not fixed the issues. I also forgot to mention that my saved games sometimes just load into a black screen and I have to shut down the game and restart to fix it (which only works half of the time).

I want to check I understand that correctly. If so, I would recommend removing saves we can then try.
I saved the game in multiple different save slots. They sometimes load, they sometimes go to black screen. When any of the save slots load they all suffer from items falling through floor and enemies not fully appearing and only showing some body parts
