Co-op not working
I bought this game about when it first came out. Co-op has never worked
What did I do b4 the problem? The bug has been on the game since I bought it. I played the game solo. I wanted to make sure the problem wasn't me so connected multiplayer with dead space 2 without any problems. I have tried entering the code under the playstation menu where it says redeem codes, no luck. I saw that I could open a port but multiple people share my router. Besides that just opens to more viruses and hackers.
What do I expect to happen? We'll I would like to connect to co-op. I think that would make the game more fun.

if you are playing on the disc version i can tell you that the disc never worked for me. game constantly froze i used 3 different discs on 4 different PS3 consoles and different usernames) and could not connect multiplayer. if it did manage to connect it was for a few minutes only and then when you realized the other player was gone and the game reset ypour save file was altered. I can tell you that i finally got the download version fron psn and it works fine. unfortunately the save file for the disc is different and you would have to start over.
