This happened in chapter 3, in the room with chairs and the big screen that has the looping broadcast from Dr. Serrano. (This happened a few months ago only once)

I was playing co-op with someone on PS3, and I paused the game for a minute then I unpaused it and when i did I saw their nametag but it was empty and their character wasn't there. But that's just the beginning....

Most of the area was missing. It was just that room and part of the hallway floating in space. The walls and ground weren't invisible, they just weren't there. I could pick up objects and throw them out into space (But they would just drop just like they do inside) After being stranded I decided i would see what happens if i jump out into space. For about a minute or two i just fell and fell but then I eventually died. After that I was met with a bloody screen that never went away. I didn't respawn and I was forced to restart the game. The game was back to normal after that.

(I hope I get a reply from someone because I haven't seen anyone else encounter this issue)
