Ultra weapon and resource pack is gone

Honestly never saw anything other than epic but i've only been playing it for 2 days.

Wow, looks like this issue has been ignored for years. I just reinstalled my game after years. Purchased a few DLC and started playing. Had option to buy weapon and resource packs with rations in-game initially but now they are all missing from the menus. If you cannot restore them to the menu I would like a full refund for my recent transactions since they are near useless without the weapon and resource packs to spend rations on.
