Unable to access 'Downloadable Content' in Dead Space 3 Limited Edition

My computer is connected to the Internet and every time I try clicking on 'Downloadable Content' in the main menu, it would always say "Cannot retrieve information from Origin. Please check your connection and try again." Please advise.

Again, same story here. Can't even begin to use the ration seals since i can't reach the DLc screen at all.

the DLC menu works for me, but I cannot use ration seals in it and I have over 100 of them.

  • Seems like the problem has been fixed. At work benches I can now use ration seals. HOWEVER, they only work on 2 items and nothing else (or at least that's all that's showing now). They are specially made packs so that you still have to pay real $ for the rest.

you're kidding me? we were supposed to be able to use ration seals to buy anything.

  • Me and my co-op freind tried to access this right now and it still doesn't work... cant you just release the packages in files for everyone to download them self and manually install them in the game folder? Seriously...

  • Just tested it, dlc wont work if your country is NOT on their aproved list, i live in argentina where their store redirects me to spain and try to charge me in euros, if i connect using a vpn the dlc will work but the ration seal packs are no where to be seen, based on another post that too is a bug so there is no point.

  • I know this is an Old thread but I thought I'd mention that Raptr gaming evolved Interferes with the Origin overlay, which stops you accessing the dlc menus in game.  Completely closing raptr solved the problem

Thank you so much, disabling Raptr gaming evolved fixed it for me. Luckily I read all the posts first and didn't waste hours on trying Origins suggestions for a fix.

Thank you so much for figuring this out!!!
