Unable to access 'Downloadable Content' in Dead Space 3 Limited Edition

My computer is connected to the Internet and every time I try clicking on 'Downloadable Content' in the main menu, it would always say "Cannot retrieve information from Origin. Please check your conn...

I know this is an Old thread but I thought I'd mention that Raptr gaming evolved Interferes with the Origin overlay, which stops you accessing the dlc menus in game.  Completely closing raptr solved the problem

Thank you so much, disabling Raptr gaming evolved fixed it for me. Luckily I read all the posts first and didn't waste hours on trying Origins suggestions for a fix.
