Unable to access 'Downloadable Content' in Dead Space 3 Limited Edition

My computer is connected to the Internet and every time I try clicking on 'Downloadable Content' in the main menu, it would always say "Cannot retrieve information from Origin. Please check your conn...

Me and my co-op freind tried to access this right now and it still doesn't work... cant you just release the packages in files for everyone to download them self and manually install them in the game folder? Seriously...
