Unable to install Dead Space 3 on EA app pc

Good morning,

So here it is, I wanted to install Dead Space 3 with my friend, but a "download error" appears. I specify that I tried all the "solution" based on clearing cache, launching in admin, reinstalling the app etc etc

The problem is all the more strange knowing that this is the only game that has this problem. I can install other games from my library. For example, I installed Dead Space 1 with no problems as shown in the image.

    • Windows OS:
    • Windows OS version:
    • GPU model and driver version:
    • Region:
    • Are you using an internal or external drive?
    • Are you using an HDD or SSD?
    • Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
    • Any other errors?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
    • Attach a DxDiag:
    • Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here

    I have the same bug. 

    I go to install the game, it works through the pre-download checks then instantly goes to 14% end shows a download error.

    Hello friends,

So EA got back to me, and they don't have a solution!

Intrigued, I tried again and the download worked.
