There were talks about it. Some people said that they were rough drafting the second one and it was going to be made. But EA denied this and said that not enough revenue for the first remake was earned to even think of making a 2nd one. (Honestly a lie cause it gained more than enough). So maybe. We don't really know. They say they aren't but its EA.
