I’m having the same issue on the ps5. I was able to pull down both levers, though I was never directed to the second side as the “guide line” is still stuck on the first lever you pull down. Had confirmation dialogue that a quarter of the fuel or whatever was being allocated, and that it should be enough to start the centrifuge. Started the centrifuge and am now stuck with nothing to do as my objective still says “refuel the engines (south).”
This is extremely frustrating as we have all paid a good deal of money for this game and I have absolutely no way to continue on with it.

Is anything else happening? Tried to reinstall the game without patch 1.0003 (I have the Blu-Ray version and not the PSN version), and there was no objectives and no map when pressing the trackpad. The levers were also already activated but nothing happened. After re-installing the patch 1.0003, objectives and map were back when pressing the trackpad, but the levers were still already down, with the north and south objectives pending.
Tried to use the Tram to change the aera but didn't work, as well as diying on purpose.
Also, the side mission requiring to find the autopsy hologram didn't activate at first, but only after I walked arround many times trying to unlock the glitch.
Can't add a capture now, but is the same situation as the previous link posted.

edit: i’m having the same issue as the video posted prior where the mission doesn’t update and the blue “guideline” continues to act as if I’ve never pulled the fuel lever in the first place

Is anything else happening? : During the inital session where the bug first appeared, I also was unable to open doors with the security level 1, and the side objective didn't trigger.
Today 01. Feb (with newest update installed) I was able to unlock doors wich needed security clearance and the autopsy side quest startet as I was entering the room but refueling is still bugged.
I forgot to mention it, but I had the same issue with the door on security level 1 and the side objective. Only working with the last update, but not the refueling.
Can we please get an update on the status of this issue? All of us literally cannot progress the game further.

Can you all just release a patch to force the north and south refueling stations back up to redo it or a patch that just bypass it. I understand there's bugs but you now have a huge amount of people who have paid for something and it's been a week or more since it can be played. We have paid for something unusable and I understand you may need time to work on it but in the mean time can we just get a damn quick bypass so we can at least start to enjoy the rest of it?
EA are you going to keep ignoring us or help us! What do we need to do to get your attention? Clearly this is a game breaking issue and I refuse to give up my save with all the time I have put in to get where I'm at just to start over. I don't have a lot of time! So again I ask are you all going to help us or keep ignoring us because now we have paid for something that is faulty and all we ask if for a fix or a bypass for this part to continue or if you could care less as it clear shows then you should start giving refunds back!
I’ve had this same issue since the last patch 2 weeks ago. An update would be nice - I haven’t been able to play the game in 2 weeks due to this issue.

Is anything else happening? SOME ENEMIES ARENT SPAWNING LIKE THEY SHOULD. ON IMPOSSIBLE, SO ONLY 1 SAVE. SOMETIMES LOGS LIKE SIDE MISSION LOGS WONT PLAY. MY SOLUTION, SINCE THIS IS HAPPENING IN OTHER CHAPTERS AS WELL. IS TO ALLOW US TO PULL SOMETHING APART ONCE ITS LOCKED, IF THE MISSION DIDN'T TRIGGER. THE MISSION TRIGGER SHOULD MAKE IT UNLOCKABLE.
