Playing chapter 3, on Xbox Series X, during the refueling section, it is impossible for me to continue the game. I have lowered the north and south levers, the confirmation dialog that I have refueled the engines was heard but I cannot continue. I have reactivated the centrifuge and I can't continue with the game. Can we get a response on the issue of us not being able to continue the game due to a glitch please???

I'm playing on PS5 using a disc and I'm having the same thing happen! It keeps telling me to activate the console, and when I do, nothing happens. I pulled down the two switches in the room next door, Hammond's dialogue plays, but my objective doesn't update. I attempt the do the centerfuge, and the lift behind Isaac when the room becomes a vacuum doesn't activate either. I am effectively soft locked and I don't know what to do. The fuel key *does* spawn, but picking it up does not advance my objective.

I’m having the same issue on the ps5. I was able to pull down both levers, though I was never directed to the second side as the “guide line” is still stuck on the first lever you pull down. Had confirmation dialogue that a quarter of the fuel or whatever was being allocated, and that it should be enough to start the centrifuge. Started the centrifuge and am now stuck with nothing to do as my objective still says “refuel the engines (south).”This is extremely frustrating as we have all paid a good deal of money for this game and I have absolutely no way to continue on with it.

Jan - still happening Is anything else happening? : During the inital session where the bug first appeared, I also was unable to open doors with the security level 1, and the side objective didn't trigger.Today 01. Feb (with newest update installed) I was able to unlock doors wich needed security clearance and the autopsy side quest startet as I was entering the room but refueling is still bugged.

Can we please get an update on this issue? The new patch didn't fix this issue ☹️Just a small bypass even so we can play the game jeeze

I don’t know as I am unable to progress any farther in the game

At this point do we request a refund or what? I can’t believe they haven’t even commented on this issue.

Have the same issue. Arrived at refuelling station South only to find it unusable by stasis. Light and O2 circuit breakers toggled on/off in combination, fuel station lever appears to be already down.
