"Your graphics card does not meet minimum requirements" (Not true)

Everytime i try to launch Dead Space 3 i get the message "Your graphics card does not meet minimum requirements". I play Dragon Age Inquisition in ultra settings in the same computer so, needless to ...

I cannot confirm this is a bug at this time. Can you host your Dxdiag file on hastebin and then post the link to that here so we can take a look please?

I have the same issue, my graphics card does not meet the basic requirements? I ran Metro Last Light and Rome II comfortably at highest setting. Is there a solution or can i get a refund for my game?
