16 / 20 Digit Code for Registration

When I want to install the game it tells me it wants a 20 digit code but my retail boxes' manual only gives me a 16 digit code. What to do?

@sound7joh Hey, I can see a 20 digit code on your account. If you check the game details page for the game in Origin can you see it there? Left-click the panel then click the "i" button. 

However this shouldn't be needed. Are you trying to install through Origin?
