1st Cassandra Conversation in Haven after War Room

So I am having the first conversation with Cassandra when she is at the practice yard following the initial war room, and every time I talk to her the dialogue freezes. I am staring at my ruggedly handsome Inquisitor who isn't saying anything, just standing in the snow, witht he dialogue wheel having gone and no option to cancel conversation. Only way out is to hit the PS4 button and close the application. This usually happens after I choose the specific conversation option with the "Special" star.
