20/21 regions in exalted plains

I have the same issue, and even looking at the full map from the Prima guide, the only parts I am missing are the large mountain north of the dragon area and the southwest side of the island with the fort on it. I'm at a loss.

That's the way it is for me aswell.. The few places it looks like i missed is blocked by an invisiable wall ☹️

i bet its behind the door that wont open or atleast that its key to unlocking the area

the door is in  citadell du corbeau

and blocked by guards and wont even open if you pass them

the door is either broken or useless

the area is either not accesible or blocked

i checked everywhere 5 times now

also watched most forums no answers so far

i talked to all in skyhold and exalted plains again, did all quest side quest and all collections so have all except this region

Same issue! This was posted in the forums today and shows where the Mystery Region might be.

And still no 21st region! I guess we'll have to hold out for Patch 3.

It appears to be bugged.

I had the 1 region come up but never could get credit for it. 

The one area south of Northern Ramparts, after bridge it appears programers raised the land mass but did not raise the marker level. 

If you ping around you will see some items are also below ground level and you can not pick them up.
