A strange purple icon

Hello i have not described a strange icon in the game and I can not reach what it means, i adds print scren.

I had the same issue. After some testing I found that it is removed when you are hit in combat -- it appears to be an "Elusive" buff. The source of mine was an ability upgrade in Varric's Sabotage ability tree. The upgrade for the Toxic Cloud ability: Lost in the Mist. It give stacks of elusive every few seconds to allies in the toxic cloud. I would look at for any ability upgrade that says it gives you a stack of "Elusive".

I try better shot - the create a buzz sound and purple aura on my character i can't disable this. is even after map change, even in skyhold.
