Dragon age II ultimate edition

Hey folks. I've just redownloaded Dragon age 2. I had it on steam (User-email.com) I stopped working at some point and required a login - i tried logging in , but it says it's not associated, which is odd. 

I now have used the EA app, Same User-email@gmail.com & it's tried to start up but nothing popped up, though the game said it was running. I then used the task manager to close it, since closing EA wasn't possible - the prompt said, close open games first. So i closed it with the task manager.

I'm able to launch the game somewhat, but it's asking for my product key - I log in with the same email above, which should be activating on two accounts, but i still cannot gain access. Please assist, if you can
