A woman who wants for nothing Quest bug

Love finding these god damn quest bugs.  So I did all the things and went back to Sera and nothing is activating.  Nothing.  10/10 game with easy to break quests.

    Nvm found it.  When Blackwall did this thing it locked the quest progress until i finished what i had to do with him.
